The Hartland Clubhouse is the perfect venue to celebrate graduations, birthdays, anniversaries, parties, showers, club meetings, and more! Rentals include full use of the spacious main room, sun room, patio, and kitchen, as well as tables and chairs. 
 
The clubhouse can be rented by Hartland residents or non-residents who are sponsored by a Hartland resident. Residents sponsoring an event for friends or family must be present for the event, including setup and cleanup. There is an extra $50 charge for rentals by non-residents.

 

A security deposit, equal to the rental fee, is required to secure a reservation. Security deposits are refundable up to 14 days prior to an event. After that time, security deposits will be retained unless the clubhouse is rented for another event. Cleanup and trash removal are to be completed by the renter at the conclusion of each event. Security deposits will be refunded, minus any damages or labor for cleanup, once the Property Manager inspects the facility after an event concludes.
 

Reservation fees vary based on the event schedule and size and must be paid in full prior to the event. Failure to pay the reservation fee by the deadline will result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the security deposit.

Hartland has five tennis and two pickleball courts available for use by residents and their guests; there must be a resident present at all times.

Nestled between the clubhouse and the tennis courts, the Hartland playground is a great place for the kids to play. Climbing equipment, slides, swings, and a large soccer or dodgeball friendly field await our younger neighborhood residents.

 

 

 
The pool facility includes a 6 lane pool, 10' diving well with two diving boards, kiddie pool, and hot tub. Comfortable lounge chairs and umbrella covered tables provide ample seating on the pool deck. The shaded grass picnic area includes community grills and picnic tables for dining al fresco.

 

The Hartland pool is open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.The pool is closed to residents certain Wednesdays during the season, when the Hartland Thoroughbreds host a home swim meet. Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
 
Pool hours change once school begins. On weekdays, the deck is open for sunbathing from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and the pools are open from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.. On weekends, the pool is open from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. 
 
The annual HHA dues include access to the pool for all Hartland residents in good standing with the HHA*. Family and friends of Hartland residents are welcome at the pool with the payment of a guest fee (see rates below). Guests must be accompanied by the sponsoring resident at all times.

Caregiver passes are available for $75. These season passes are assigned to a specific family, providing pool privileges for one caregiver at a time when accompanied by the resident child or grandchild.

   

 

The workout room is located in the lower level of the clubhouse. Access is via an outdoor stairway at the rear of the building. The room is equipped with elliptical machines, stationary bikes, treadmills, free weights .. and a TV to help pass the time. 
 
Open from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. each day, the workout room is available to Hartland homeowners in good standing, who retain access to the common areas.

• Hartland residents must be 18 years or older to use the exercise room unattended.
• Hartland residents 14-17 years of age must be accompanied by their parent.
• Hartland residents under the age of 14 may accompany their parent but are not permitted to use the exercise equipment.

Use of the workout room requires a signed waiver and a security fob, which can be purchased from the Property Manager for $20. To gain access, residents should click here to complete the request form. 

Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government's Hartland Park is located just inside the Armstrong Mill entrance to the neighborhood. Seventeen acres of gently rolling fields, with a picnic shelter, playground, half mile walking trail, and large fields where you'll often see local youth sports teams practicing.

 

The park is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily for Lexington residents.
