Clubhouse

The Hartland Clubhouse is the perfect venue to celebrate graduations, birthdays, anniversaries, parties, showers, club meetings, and more! Rentals include full use of the spacious main room, sunroom, patio and recently renovated kitchen. Tables and chairs are also available.
 
The clubhouse can be rented by Hartland residents in good standing with the HHA*. Contact the Property Manager at 859.272.2033 or hartland@qx.net to reserve the facility.
 
Residents sponsoring an event for friends or family must be present for the entire event, including setup and cleanup. 
A security deposit is required to secure a reservation. Security deposits are refundable up to 30 days prior to an event; after that time, deposits will be retained unless the clubhouse is rented for another event. Cleanup and trash removal are to be completed by the renter(s) at the conclusion of each event. Security deposits will be refunded, minus any damages or labor for cleanup, once the Property Manager inspects the facility after an event concludes.
Reservation fees vary based on the event schedule and size and must be paid in full at least 5 days prior to the event. Fees are listed below. Failure to pay the reservation fee by the deadline will result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the security deposit.

Refundable security deposit: $200
Non-refundable rental fee:
  • 0-60 guests: $200
  • 61-80 guests: $300
  • 81-100 guests: $400
Evening rentals: 
 
Hours of use:  5:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
Refundable security deposit: $500
Non-refundable rental fee:
  • 0-60 guests: $250
  • 61-80 guests: $350
  • 81-100 guests: $450
 
Wedding reception:
 
Hours of use:  9:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m.
Refundable security deposit: $500
Non-refundable rental fee:
  • 0-60 guests: $550
  • 61-80 guests: $650
  • 81-100 guests: $750
* Excluding the houses where the 1997 legal settlement precludes club membership.
