Waiver and Release of Liability - Required for new access request

Member warrants that they are over the age of eighteen (18) years of age.

Member warrants that they are in good physical condition, without disability, impairment, or ailment that would be adversely affected by the use of the Hartland Workout Room.

Member acknowledges that Hartland recomments a complete physical examination prior to use of the Workout Room by Member or Supervised Children.

Member acknowledges that use of the Workout Room by its nature necessarily involves some risk of physical injury, even for persons in good physical condition, free of disability, impairment, or ailment.

Member agrees the use of any such exercise equipment is solely the choice made by the Member or the Member's Supervised Children ages 14-18, who are in the presence and under the supervision of the Member.

Member agrees that the Member and their Supervised Children enter the Workout Room at their sole risk and that Hartland shall not be liable under any circumstance for injury, damage, or loss suffered on account of use of the Workout Room and/or equipment.

Definitions

Hartland is defined as the Hartland Homeowners Association, Inc, its employees, owners, officers, agents, or contract service providers.

Workout Room is defined as the Hartland clubhouse facility and exercise equipment.

Member is defined as a member of the Hartland Homeowners Association, Inc. in good standing.

Supervised Child/Children are defined as children of HHA Members that are eighteen (18) years of age or younger.
