Work Requests

The Hartland Deeds of Restriction (DOR) do not allow the parking of trailers, trucks, commercial vehicles, camper trailers, camping vehicles, and boats in the neighborhood. For the purposes of this policy, a commercial vehicle is defined as a car, truck, van, or SUV with a visible logo or work equipment permanently installed or visible in the vehicle

The purpose of the Hartland Policy on Commercial Vehicle, Camper, Trailer, and Boat Parking is to document two ‘standard’ exceptions established by the HHA Board of Directors in their efforts toward reasonable, equitable, and consistent enforcement of the DOR, while also working to avoid imposing undue hardship on residents.

This form should be used for short-term parking exceptions, up to 3 days. If you will be parking a camper, camper trailer, commercial vehicle (for occasional on-call support only), or boat please complete this form to notify the Community Manager.  Please note that vehicles should be parked in your driveway, not on the street.

Please note that the Deeds of Restriction will continue to be enforced without exception regarding trailers and other commercial vehicles. Personal cars, trucks, vans, and SUVs, i.e. those without visible logos or work equipment installed or visible in the vehicle, are exempt from this policy and will not be cited as a DOR violation.
