Work Requests

The Hartland Pool is available for daytime pool parties. Each reservation includes:

3 hours in the pool facility,
Table and chairs set up under a canopy in the grassy area adjacent the pool deck, and
12 pool passes to be used for family and guests. Additional guests are subject to the standard guest fees. There is a maximum of 30 guests total for a daytime pool party.

Reservations are confirmed with receipt of the rental fees, which include required KY sales tax. Rental fees are refundable only if the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to the event.

Weekday pool parties = $159 for 12 passes; additional guest passes are $5
Weekend pool parties = $265 for 12 passes; additional guest passes for $10

Daytime pool parties do not have exclusive use of the pool during the rental period. Party attendees are subject to all Hartland Pool Rules.

I acknowledge that the Hartland Homeowners Association (HHA) and its representatives are not responsible for my personal items lost or stolen while in or around the premises at 4910 Hartland Parkway. Storage of food, materials, equipment is at my risk.

I acknowledge that all personal belongings must be removed from the premises at the conclusion of the rental. Further, all party guests are required to vacate the premises, unless they pay the standard guest fee at the conclusion of the rental period.
