Work Requests
Requests for construction, repair, or replacement of permanent outdoor structures as well as changes to design, location, materials, or size for existing outdoor structures must be submitted in writing to the HHA Board of Directors for approval at least 30 days in advance of installation. Outdoor structures include, but are not limited to, decks, fences, gazebos, generators, home additions, outdoor kitchens, patios, pools, porches, solar panels, and sun rooms.
For each request, please submit the items listed below to the HHA:
- Detailed site plan with dimensions (aerial view showing entire yard and structures)
- Elevation pictures showing the structure from the front, back, and sides (as appropriate)
- Picture and description of materials
- Applicable city permits. You may request conditional approval prior to receiving city permits but full approval for construction cannot be granted until the city permits are received by the HHA.
Each request will be reviewed against the Deeds of Restriction and applicable policies at the next regularly scheduled board meeting and your request will be updated with the results of the Board review. Response times will not exceed 30 days from submission of request.
