Jan 1 - 2024 HHA, Estates, and Executive Homes Dues
Invoices for the 2024 Hartland (HHA), Estates, and Executive Homes dues are being sent via email on January 1, 2024. Please note that Estates and Executive homes, will receive a single invoice containing line items for both the general Hartland (HHA) dues and their specific association dues. If paying by check, please write a separate check to each organization as they are deposited in separate banks.

What does the emailed invoice look like?
A sample of the invoice that will be sent to the email addresses on file for the homeowners is included below.
You must be signed in to hartlandoflexington.com to view the invoice. Your user ID is your email address. If you have never signed in or you've forgotten your password, use the 'Forgot Password' function on the Login page to set a password that is meaningful to you.
It is not necessary to include a copy of the invoice with your payment as long as the address of your Hartland property is on the check or money order.
How to view your invoice on the website
To view your invoice, sign in to HartlandofLexington.com using your email address as your user ID.
If this is the first time you are signing in to the website or if you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password by clicking on Forgot Password on the Login page. If you are still unable to sign in to the website, please email us by clicking here.
Once you are signed in, click on Your Profile in the top right corner of the Home page. The website will display the following:
View the invoice by clicking on View Transactions. The website will display a list of invoices, including historical invoices from 2023. You may narrow the search to open, overdue, or closed invoices, if you'd like. The website will display a list of invoices. Click on the word 'View' to the left of the invoice to view the document.
How to pay dues by check or money order
Dues paid by check or money order may be ....
- Mailed to 4910 Hartland Parkway, Lexington, KY 40515
- Hand delivered to the office between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. weekdays
- Dropped in the mail slot at the rear of the building outside office hours
Checks and money orders should be made payable as follows ...
- For HHA dues, make check payable to HHA.
- For Estates dues, make check payable to HEHA.
- For Executive dues, make check payable to Hartland Executive HOA.
- For Gardens of Hartland dues, make check payable to Gardens of Hartland HOA.
Delinquent HHA dues incur late fees of $30 per month; delinquent Estates or executive dues inaccurate fees of $50 per month.

- For Gardens of Hartland dues, make check payable to Gardens of Hartland HOA.
Delinquent HHA dues incur late fees of $30 per month; delinquent Estates or executive dues inaccurate fees of $50 per month.
If the dues are not paid in full by March 31, a lien may be filed against the property. This means the property owners incur lien filing and release fees of $50 each, attorney fees, and administration fees. The administration fees vary based on the complexity of the collection. Interest on these fees will be charged at the rate of 8% annually until paid.
Please remember that pool access is suspended for any household with unpaid dues.

How to pay dues by credit card
Sign in to the website using your email address as your user ID. Then click on Your Profile in the top right corner of the Home page. The website will display your profile page:
On your Profile page, click on Pay Balance; the link is directly below your account balance. The website will display the following screen:
When you click on Pay Selected Invoices, the website will redirect you to payitprompt.com to make your payment.You will see the following screen:
How to pay dues in installments
If dues are paid by check or money order, partial payments will be recorded against the open invoice. It is not necessary to notify the Property Manager that you will be making an installment payment.
If dues are paid by credit card, please contact the Property Manager who will make the necessary adjustments to the invoice to allow partial payment by credit card. Click here to email the Property Manager or call her at 859-272-2033.
