HOA Amenities
CLUBHOUSE: A perfect venue to celebrate graduations, birthdays, anniversaries, parties, showers, club meetings, and more! The clubhouse can be rented by Hartland residents or non-residents who are sponsored by a Hartland resident. Residents sponsoring an event for friends or family must be present for the event, including setup and cleanup. There is an extra $50 charge for rentals by non-residents.
A security deposit, equal to the rental fee, is required to secure a reservation. Security deposits are refundable up to 14 days prior to an event, 30 days prior to holiday, May, or December reservations. After that time, security deposits will be retained unless the clubhouse is rented for another event. Cleanup and trash removal are to be completed by the renter at the conclusion of each event. Security deposits will be refunded, minus any damages or labor for cleanup, once the Property Manager inspects the facility after an event concludes.

PICKLEBALL, TENNIS COURTS: Hartland has three courts, six dedicated pickleball courts, and 1 flex court that can be used for either tennis or pickleball. Residents may reserve a court using the PayHOA system.
POOL: The facility includes a junior Olympic sized, 6 lane pool with a 10' diving well, kiddie pool, and hot tub. Comfortable lounge chairs and umbrella covered tables provide ample seating on the pool deck. The shaded grass picnic area includes community grills and picnic tables.
Annual HHA dues include access to the pool for all Hartland residents in good standing with the HHA, with the exception of the amenity excluded homes. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult resident or caregiver.
There are several special pool passes available for purchase through PayHOA.
WORKOUT ROOM: Located in the lower level of the clubhouse, the workout room is equipped with elliptical machines, stationary bikes, treadmills, free weights ... and a TV to help pass the time. Access is via an outdoor stairway at the rear of the building and requires a signed waiver and security fob.
Open from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. each day, the workout room is available to Hartland homeowners in good standing, who retain access to the common areas. Hartland residents must be 18 years or older to use the exercise room unattended. Hartland residents 14-17 years of age must be accompanied by their parent. Hartland residents under the age of 14 may accompany their parent but are not permitted to use the exercise equipment.

To gain access to the workout room, residents can complete an application on PayHOA. Payment can be dropped at the office or paid online.
