Pickleball, Tennis Courts
The Hartland Swim & Racquet Club has three tennis courts, six pickleball courts, and one flex court that can be used for either tennis or pickleball.
Reservations are required to use the courts. Please follow these rules ...
- Reservations must be made by a Hartland resident or Gardens of Hartland resident with an annual club membership.
- Large groups needing multiple courts at the same time must have each court reserved by a different resident.
- Guests are welcome, as long as there is at least one resident on each court at all times.
- Guests are free of charge. There is a QR code posted for donations to help maintain the courts.
- Reservations can be made up to 14 days in advance.
- Reservations are limited to 2 hours each, in increments of 30 minutes.
- Reservations should be made as close to an existing reservation as possible to avoid unusable gaps of time in the schedule.
Instructions for making, updating, or deleting reservations are below.
Reserve a court
To make a reservation, follow these simple steps:
Step 1 - Sign in to the website
Go to Hartlandoflexington.com. Sign in using your email address as your user ID. Residents signing in for the first time will need to exercise the Forgot Password function on the Login screen to set a password.
Step 2 - Navigate to the reservation system
Click on Residents, then Reservations.
Step 3 - Select desired court to be reserved
Using the dropdown menu next to Select Amenity, select the desired court. The website will display a calendar; available dates and times are in white, reserved or otherwise unavailable dates and times are shaded. Click on the time you wish the reservation to begin. Step 4: Provide personal information
The website will automatically fill in the name and email address of the person making the reservation. If you are making a reservation on someone else's behalf, please ensure you update these fields. Complete the remainder of the fields and click on Submit.
Update an existing reservation
To change the time of an existing court reservation, please delete the existing reservation and create a new one.
To transfer an existing court reservation to another resident, follow these simple steps:

Step 2 - Navigate to the reservation system
Click on Residents, then Reservations.
Step 3 - Review your existing reservations
Click on My Reservations in the upper right corner of the screen. The website will display a list of all your reservations, including active and expired reservations.

Step 3 - Review your existing reservations
Click on My Reservations in the upper right corner of the screen. The website will display a list of all your reservations, including active and expired reservations.
Step 4 - Modify the reservation
Click on Edit next to the reservation to be modified. Update the name and/or email of the person owning the reservation. Click Submit to finalize the transfer.
